Rodney has
been the Director of Human Resources and Civil Service since
January, 2009. He is responsible for the personnel function, Civil
Service administration and purchasing for the City. Prior to coming
to the City, Rodney has spent more than 20 years in Human Resource
management. Rodney is a 1979 graduate of the University of Texas
with a degree in Government. He is a past president of the Lufkin
Kiwanis Club, Leadership Lufkin alumni, member of Society of Human
Resources Management (SHRM) and a member of the Pineywoods Chapter
of SHRM. Rodney is married and has three grown children.
