The City of Lufkin
offices will be closed Monday, September 1 for Labor Day. The
we wish everyone a safe and happy Labor Day weekend. The Solid Waste
and Recycling Department reminds us that there will be no garbage
collection on Monday due to the holiday. Monday’s residential routes
will be collected on Tuesday, and Tuesday’s routes will be collected
on Wednesday. Residential recycling collection will not be affected.

The Lufkin Pitser Garrison Civic Center opened its doors in
January 1976 and has since become the focal point of many feature Events. As
part of our service, we pride ourselves on providing a beautiful Facility, and
continuously strive to provide excellent customer service to all our customers.
