LIVE WEBCASTING OF YOUR EVENT

The Pitser Garrison Civic Center now offers live webcasting of Civic Center events.  You can have your event webcast live all over the world and link it to your website or we will link it for you on the Civic Center site.  Unattended webcasting is done from a camera in the light booth.  It is a full motion video of your event that includes sound.  Being unattended, it is a static shot of your event and the sound is limited to crowd noise.  The cost is a $50.00 administrative fee plus a $100.00 basic fee for each day.  Unattended webcasts are appropriate for large events involving booths and displays.

We also offer live attended webcasting which provides single camera pan, focus and zoom with sound.  The sound will be taken a wireless microphone that can be either a hand held or lavaliere.  This is similar to our City Council webcasts in audio and video quality.  The cost for attended webcasting is a $50.00 administrative fee, a $100 setup fee, a $50.00 hourly fee plus the cost of tapes if requested.  Attended webcasts are appropriate for speakers and you will receive unedited MiniDV tapes (the cost of tapes is billable) and a CD containing streaming media files of the event that you can post on your website.
