Click2Gov Help

Having Trouble?  We will help.  Having trouble getting your PIN, email Utilityinfo@cityoflufkin.com.  If you are having trouble logging in once you've received your PIN, email our Webmaster and he will contact you via email and help you troubleshoot your issue.  If you are having trouble or have questions on how the Online Courts works email courtinfo@cityoflufkin.com.  If you are having trouble logging in, email our Webmaster.  However, we will list common problems and solutions on this page.

If you can't get to the login screen once you have received your PIN for Utility Collections or if you can't login to Online Courts, you may have an older browser that doesn't support 128 bit encryption.  To check this, open Internet Explorer, click on help and then click on "about Internet Explorer".  Check to make sure it supports 128 bit encryption.  Older browsers (5.0 and lower) only support 40 bit encryption.  The best solution is to download the Internet Explorer 6.  However, if you have Windows 95, you will have to download Internet Explorer 5.5.  Click2Gov is a very secure system and in order to use it, you will need 128 bit capability.  Again, email the Webmaster if you have support questions.
