The Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals is a five member board that is appointed by City Council.  The Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals isa quasi-judicial board with the following responsibilities:

  • To hear requests for minor variances from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance which cause undue hardship.

  • To hear appeals of Staff's interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance.
