This form is for submitting work orders to the Public
Utilities Department for Water Leak repairs. The priority of the work
order will be determined by the Water Distribution Department based
on severity of the water leak, current workload, and safety
factors. NOTE : These forms are reviewed and
prioritized during regular business hours(Monday - Friday 8am-5pm).
If there is a severe leak outside of regular business hours that you
feel requires immediate attention please call the Lufkin Police
Department at 633-0356. An on-call crew can then be dispatched to
check on the leak.
