Ellen Trout Park is one of Lufkin's
premier park facilities. It has has one of the country's finest
small city zoos, a miniature train, a beautiful lake stocked for
fishing, and modern playground equipment. The park abounds with
wildlife complimenting the zoo. There are lots of picnic areas well
suited for family and organization activities. In addition to the
