ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS

The Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals is a five member board that is appointed by City Council.  The Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals is a quasi-judicial board with the following responsibilities:

• To hear requests for minor variances from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance which cause undue hardship.

• To hear appeals of Staff's interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance.

The Zoning Board of Adjustments & Appeals meets on an as-needed basis, at 8:00 A.M. in the City Council Chambers (Room 102 City Hall) generally on the same date as a scheduled City Council meeting.
