NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the January 23, 2017 Commission meeting:
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request by Agustin Chacon, applicant, for a Special Use Permit for Automotive Repair Services (no outside work) in a “Neighborhood Retail” zoning district on one parcel described as ABS 0040 QUINALTY J. L., TRACT 78, ACRES 0.5, and more commonly known as 1500 Atkinson Drive.
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request by LRL Investments Inc., owner, for a Special Use Permit for a Drinking Establishment in a “Central Business” zoning district on property described as TR.2: Townsend (Southside) Block 1, Lot G & 5 ½-H aka Lot 7 and nd S pt of 8, and more commonly known as 416 South First Street (The Grand, an existing grandfathered use with a change in ownership).
A Public Hearing to consider the requests will be in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 5:00 PM and by the City Council on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
