The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the October 10, 2016 Commission meeting:

Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a Special Use Permit by Pinnacle Senior Living of Lufkin, owner, for a Residential Health Care Facility in a “Commercial” zoning district on 6 acres described as a portion of ABS 0024 Longoria J.A. Tract 83, lying south and adjacent to Whitehouse Drive and addressed as 1401 College Drive.

A Public Hearing to consider the request will be in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 5:00 PM and by the City Council on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 5:00 PM.
