NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the
September 14, 2015 Commission meeting:
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request by Ty Shafer for approval of a Zone Change from Residential Large Single Family Dwelling district to Commercial for 2 acres of land in Haley’s Loop 287 Subdivision, Lot 1, also known as 600 North John Redditt Drive.
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request by Bob Almand for approval of a Special Use Permit for a storage facility in a Local Business zone on 3.008 acres of land described as JL Quinalty Survey, Abstract No. 40, Tract 205. .
A Public Hearing to consider this request will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 5:00 PM and by the City Council on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 5:00 PM for the first reading, and on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 for the second readin.
