Board of Adjustments and Appeals Meeting - February 24th

The Board of Adjustments and Appeals (BOAA) will consider the following item at the February 24, 2016 BOAA meeting:

Conduct a Public Hearing to consider the request of owner, Mr. Raymond Havard, for a variance of ten (10) feet to the requirement for a corner side yard setback in a “Commercial” zoning district. This request is for property known as ABS 0040 Quinalty J. L., Tract 154, ACRES 0.59 and generally described as 806 South Timberland Drive, Lufkin, Texas.

A Public Hearing to consider the request will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Board of Adjustments and Appeals on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 8:00 AM.
