NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the January 9, 2017 Commission meeting:
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request by Allan and Kim Riddle, owners, to change the zoning on one parcel described as 3679A Corie Creek II Addition, Block 1, Lot 2, and more commonly known as 3311 South Chestnut Street from “Residential Large Single Family Dwelling” to “Commercial.” A change to the Future Land Use Map to Commercial will also be considered.
A Public Hearing to consider the request will be in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 5:00 PM and by the City Council on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
