NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the April 13, 2015 Commission meeting:

Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request from First Street Lufkin LTD, changing the zoning on 6.439 acres described as ABS 0040 Quinalty J. L., Tract 83 & 85 - 87, and more commonly known as 1710 South First Street from the current classifications of “Commercial” and “Residential Large Single-Family Dwelling” to a single zoning classification of “Commercial”.

A Public Hearing to consider this request will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 5:00 PM and by the City Council on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 5:00 PM

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION


The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the April 27, 2015 Commission meeting:

Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request from Denman Realty, Ltd. owner and Kunka Investments, LLC, applicant for approval of a Special Use Permit for a Residential Health Care Facility in an “Apartment” zoning district on land located off Lotus Lane immediately east of the rail crossing and extending south for 5 acres to be known as Lot 1 of Parkwood Subdivision and also known as the northeast 5 acres of 1301 Lotus Lane.

A Public Hearing to consider this request will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 5:00 PM and by the City Council on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 5:00 PM.
