Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting - September 12th

The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following items at the September, 2016 Commission meeting:


Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a Special Use Permit for a Residential Health Care Facility in a “Commercial” zoning district on approximately 10 acres described as a portion of ABS 0024 Longoria J.A. Tract 83, lying south of and adjacent to Whitehouse Drive and addressed as 1401 College Drive.


A Public Hearing to consider the request will be in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday,September 12th, 2016 at 5:00 PM
