NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

 

The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the June 23rd, 2014 Commission meeting:

Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request from Abel Vargas, applicant/owner for approval of a Zone Change from Residential Small to Commercial for land known as 6537 Vargas Locke St. Subdivision Block 1 Lot 1, a 0.715 acre parcel also known as 711 Locke St. This request requires a Future Land Use Map change from Low Density Residential to Commercial.

A Public Hearing to consider this request will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 5:00PM and by the City Council on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 5:00PM.
