NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION


The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the

July 27, 2015 Commission meeting:


Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request for approval of a Shopping Center Plan for Lot No. 1-A and Lot No. 1-B of Fuel City Lufkin Addition Lot 1 Revised, also known as 1910 and 1914 East Denman Avenue, a 8.378 acre parcel of land.


A Public Hearing to consider the request will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 5:00 PM.
