Robert Flournoy graduated in 1967
from University of Texas, Law School. He served as City Judge in
1968. Bob has served as City Attorney since 1969 until the present
making him one of the longest serving City employees. He is in
private practice with Thomas W. Deaton, T. Ryan Deaton and his son
Derek Flournoy. He is married to Genie Flournoy and has three
children and four grandchildren.
