Keith is the Deputy City Manager and the Emergency
Management Coordinator for the City of Lufkin. Keith came to work
for the City in March, 1995. The Deputy City Manager is
responsible for the management and operations of the Public Works
and Public Utilities Divisions of the City. He is also responsible
for the Main Street, Municipal Court and Information Technology
Departments. Keith is a 1986 graduate of the University of Houston
and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas. He
is also a nationally certified floodplain manager. Keith has served
as President for the Deep East Texas Chapter of the American Society
of Civil Engineers and the Pineywoods Chapter of the Texas Society
of Professional Engineers and is an active member of both
organizations. He is currently serving as the President of the
Pineywoods Groundwater Conservation District. Keith is married and
has two children.
